Mocha Fondue with Strawberries

This simple but elegant dessert can be fixed in a flash. If strawberries aren't avaiable, use i1 inch chunks of banna, orange, biscotti, or bite size pieces of angel food cake , pound cake or macaroons.

Makes 6 Servings 18 oz good quality semisweet or dark chocolate, grated 1/2 cup brewed coffee 1/4 cup cream 6 tbls coffee liquer 30 ripe strawberries 1. Place the chocolate, coffee, and cream in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate melts. Add the liqueur and whisk until the mixture is smooth and warm. 2. Pour equal portions into stemmed sherbet or wide mouth wine glasses. Place each glass on a plate and surround with the ripe strawberries. Serve immediately after pouring, so the fondue stays warm.
