Featured Dressings & MarinadesMaple Ginger Teriyaki1/4 c. olive oil 1/3 c. Vermont Maple Passions Apricot or Cranberry-Orange Maple Syrup 1/4 c. soy sauce juice of 2 limes (about 1/4 cup) 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced 2 tbsp. dried thyme leaves
In small bowl or food processor, combine all ingredients. Pour over desired vegetables, meat, poultry or seafood. Marinade up to four hours.
