Woodstock Granola

Awesome Peanut Butter Bars

A moist and chewy granola bar great for everyone in your family!

1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
1 c. maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 t. baking soda
1 c. Campus Crunch Granola
1 c. white wheat flour
1 c. chopped peanuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. dried cranberries

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream peanut butter and butter with an electric mixer until well combined. Slowly add the maple syrup, then the egg, the vanilla and baking soda last. Stir in the granola and flour, just to combine. Add the peanuts, raisins, and dried cranberries.  With lightly floured hands press the mixture evenly into a greased 9"x13" baking pan.  Bake for 30 minutes until the edges are lightly brown. Let cool completely before cutting.
