Woodstock Granola

Farmhouse Oatmeal

Wake up and enjoy oatmeal any morning of the week or for a comforting meal for supper.


3 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. Farmhouse Blend Granola
1/4 c. pure maple syrup
1/3 c. dried apricots
1/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
 
Pour the milk and salt into a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Stir in the oats, granola, maple syrup, dried apricots and raisins. Return to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in walnuts and let stand until it reaches your desired thickness.
