Woodstock Granola

Maple Vanilla Yogurt Parfait

Layers of organic yogurt, fresh blueberries, and Woodstock Mountain Maple Granola. All topped off with Vermont maple syrup.


8 oz. container of Stonyfield Maple Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks                        1 banana, sliced thinly
1 c. Blueberries
1 c. Mountain Maple Granola
1/4 c. maple syrup

Stir yogurt and 1/2 of whipped cream together. Combine well. Alternately layer yogurt mixture, bananas, blueberries, granola, and remaining whipped cream in 6 parfait glasses; repeat layers. Before serving drizzle parfait with warm maple syrup.
