Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company began as a community effort to save a local dairy farm, and has grown to be an award-winning producer of farmstead and artisan cheese using 100% Vermont milk and making old-world style cheeses with Vermont quality, authenticity and style.
In 2013, VFCC purchased Castleton Crackers combining Vermont artisan cheese and crackers under one umbrella.
What we produce:
Farm operations is currently milking approximately 70 cows, with 5 distinct breeds represented in the herd.
