A multipurpose kitchen incubator and food processing facility in Hardwick.  We offer state of the art, certified,  full wash down kitchens furnished with Semi-Automated industrial processing and packaging equipment and A-Z technical services to help you start and or grow your business.  The VFVC also provides minimal processing of whole foods under our Farm-to-Institution program.
What we produce:
Rental Kitchen Space, Co-packing, Minimally Processed Foods.  Caterers welcome!
