Jed's Maple Pizza

A fun appetizer or dessert!Ingredients: 4 oz. of Jed's Pure Vermont Maple Syrup, 1 heaping teaspoon Corn Starch, 1 pizza crust, 1 cup extra sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated.  Bring the maple syrup to a boil.  Whisk in corn starch and continue heating to 230 degrees.  Spread on crust and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.  Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.  This is equally good served warm or cold.  We usually serve it as either an appetizer or as a dessert.  Enjoy!
