Maple Balsamic Grilled Pineapple Parfait

You have to try this to believe it.
A delicious desert made with a salad dressing!1 Fresh Pineapple (cubed)
½ pint fresh raspberries
¾ cup River Garden Kitchens Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Fresh mint leaves

 
Fruit Dip
1 8oz. package cream cheese (softened at room temp.)
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup maple syrup

 
To prepare fruit dip cream together softened cream cheese and sugars on low speed mixer. Add sour cream and maple syrup. Chill.

Grill pineapple on bamboo skewers. Brush generously with Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette. Layer warm pineapple cubes, a few raspberries and dip in parfait glass. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately!
