Spicy Asian Dressing with Apricot Maple Syrup

Made with Vermont Maple Passions Apricot Maple Syrup2 tbsp. peanut butter or sesame paste
4 tbsp Vermont Maple Passions Apricot Maple Syrup
3 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Infused Vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. minced scallions (optional)
1 cloves minced garlic
3/4 c. olive oil

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Use with mixed salad greens, cucumbers, and sliced grilled chicken breasts or shrimp.
