Crowley Cheese is made entirely by hand from fresh, whole, raw - no two batches are exactly alike. Award-winning Crowley Cheese has been a source of Vermont pride since Winfield Crowley first started making it in 1824. Visitors are welcome to watch our cheese being made by hand, just like in the old days.
What we produce:
Delicious Crowley Cheese is available in several different aged forms and flavors. Our signature product is our clothbound 2-1/2 lb. wheel; 5 lb. and 23 lb. wheels are available for wholesale as well. Crowley Cheese also comes in blocks and 8 ounce bars. Crowley aged varieties include Mild, Medium Sharp, Sharp and Extra Sharp. Flavors include Garlic Chive, Muffaletta, Hot Pepper, Sage and Smoked.
