About Us:

Nestled in the Green Mountains, Maplebrook Farm creates authentic Italian and Mediterranean style cheeses using traditional, old-world methods. Our cheeses match the flavor and quality found in imported varieties, but offer the benefits of production close to home. Small batches of cheese are handmade daily with pure whole milk, to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.

What we produce:

Specialties include hand-stretched fresh mozzarella & smoked mozzarella, whole milk feta & smoked feta, hand dipped ricotta, cheddar cheese curds, burrata, scamorza & smoked scamorza, and fontina.
