CranVeryBerry Rum Relish    "That's a Mouth Full!"A condiment/savory for all-year-round.  A complex & versatile flavor profile that compliments meats, poultry, game & sandwiches.  It can also be used as a glaze, or in baking, or as a topping for ice cream or puddings.Java Lava Grilling SauceAs the name implies JAVA---espresso, LAVA---hot!  You and your guests will find that this sauce is one of a kind.  Java Lava mixes the perfect amount of spice and heat with an aromatic espresso base to create a complex, and entertaining sauce.  It's a perfect brush-on when grilling meat or poultry, and a great accoutrement for dipping at the table.Java Lava Rub-PasteAn aromatic, flavorful blend of spices, espresso coffee, herbs and other seasonings that intensifies the intrinsic natural taste of your food without overpowering it.  Use it for poultry, meats, seafood, and vegetables.  You can just rub it on, and grill, roast or bake.  Or, mix up a paste with a tablespoon of oil, and a tablespoon of rub.  As a rub, or as a paste it's good to let cure on the food for 2-4 hours, but best overnight.  It tenderizes too!ENJOY!
