FREE WEBINAR: Understanding the Universal Recycling Law

As of July 1, 2017 businesses that generate yard/leaf debris and/or 26 tons or more of food scraps per year are required to divert the material to a certified facility within 20 miles. Food retailers, florists, specialty food producers are impacted by this law. Josh Kelly of the Department of Environmental Conservation will be on hand to answer questions and provide guidance.
